Hi, I am a 26 year old female traveling to Europe the end of October. The last week in October I'm going to London for the week and Paris on the weekend, then the following week in november is in Germany and Austria. Can my landlord raise my rent (NJ)?

When my landlord came by two of us had girlfriends there, brinigng the total to 6 people living there...now my GF is only living there two months while the other girl is going to live there for a year... Now my landlord got in touch with me today and said that a 'tenant' is defined as someone living there for a total of 30 days, consecutive or not, out of the year and if thats the case that they have to be added to the lease. My husband and I have no debt, no children, and we still rent meaning we have no home loan. We are in our mid twenties and want to travel. Vegas and Hawaii are easy being we live in America. Don't count on the horn as a carry on. Best case scenario is the stewardess sees it and asks if it is a musical instrument and takes care of it for you. (yes I have heard of that happening) worst case is they see it and say you have to check it, no ifs ands or buts. If you have connecting flights its even harder to take it on. If it's not yours I would NOT risk it. The trumpet ought to fit as a carry on. Check online but as long as it is within the required dimensions they can't do much. Another possibility is to just take the mouthpiece for the horn and do 20-30 min of buzzing each day to keep your embouchure in shape. You could also buy a buzz tube and put it in your checked baggage.

I have been going through my divorce for a year now. About 2 months ago my spouse finally signed a Rule 11 Agreement, which covers pretty much everything that is in the divorce decree. Anyway, about a month ago I sent her the divorce decree papers but she will not sign it because she wants a few things changed that she had already agreed to in the Rule 11 Agreement. Also, at the bottom of the Rule 11 Agreement, it states that "The parties agree that the provisions contained herein shall be incorporated into the Final Decree of Divorce". We both signed and had the Rule 11 Agreement notarized and it has been filed with the court. My question is, what are the chances that I can take the divorce decree to the judge and he will sign it instead of having to deal with my spouse who will not sign it, but agreed to the exact same thing in the Rule 11 Agreement. Also, I do have a lawyer, but she has not mentioned this option so I wanted to see if this was worth pursuing.

ok so im starting bishop next year and i was wondering how stric their dress code is and what stuff is banned i kinda went over the dress code thing but it didnt mention anything about like the bags we can carry ( like can i carry a batman backpack or a gears of war messenger bag to school?) and then they said i could wear two earrings on each ear but then can i wear chokers? cuffs???

One of my relatives died of lightning on a backpacking trip at the philmont scout ranch. I am going there in 2 weeks and want to visit the memorial and do something special: a praire, a candle, a picture, flowers, I'm pretty open and wanted others opinions.
