Summer school is around the corner and was wondering if you guys have any knowledge concerning backpacks?

Okay, summer school is starting soon, i need a new backpack last one broke from wear and tear due to me using it while i was riding (it was also a very low quality backpack, and old), but anyways i was wondering should i buy a backpack that was designed for motorcycles, or can a regular backpack do (like JanSport)? Gonna be commuting using my motorcycle, should be a 15-20 minute highway ride.
