Can I apply for a spouse visa along with husband if he is applying for ILR under 10 years legal stay rule?
My husband is completing 10 years lawful stay in the UK. He has no visa gaps, total days outside the country were 66 in 10 years, no criminal or traffic convictions, passed his Life in the UK test. His SAR file is confirming everything is nice & smooth. I am here as a postgraduate student at the renowned university. Our current visas are expiring on the same day (in next 3 weeks time) and my husband will be applying for ILR in next few days. Can I apply for spouse visa (FLR-M) and request in my covering letter to deal with my application in the line of my husband ILR application (if he succeeds)? Can we send both applications together i.e. SET-O and FLR-M for my husband and myself respectively as there is no provision for dependants to be included in the 10 years ILR application unless they qualify in their own capacity.......... many thanks in anticipation.
