Transferring Question: Failed College Provisions of Admission.?

I am really distraught about this, but i failed to meet the provisions of the admissions for the UC I was applying to. I was applying to UCR and the requirement was that i get a C or better in my Calculus 2 class, but i failed my final and received a D in the class. I was wondering what options do i have now in regards to getting in if theres still any hope.
