What does: ¡Digas «oportunidad no problema»! translate to?

I'm trying to figure what it says since my pen pal sent it to me, but I have no idea what it really means. I think it says "Say the opportunity is no problem!" Though I don't think I translated it right. ;_; Thank you in advanced! ♥
