Can i sign over a piece of my house to a bank or lawyer/solicitor for a small loan,i have a big problema and?

don't know what to do,any advice is much appreciated i am very stressed about this,I own a house it has no mortgage on it,i am unemployed at the moment and have no funds,now the problem is a couple of years ago someone was selling a small plot of land at a good price i paid them for it,BUT we never got it signed over legally i have a few orphaned horses on it at the moment,bit this plot of land is still not in my name it will be between 4,000 and 8,000 to complete the Transaction legally,and i don't have the money,what are my options,could i sign over a piece of my house for a small loan or collateral?I have to do something but i don't know where to start please give me some advice thanks so much
