Can anyone find a cookie monster with glasses bachpack?

I saw this amazing cookie monster backpack at walmart and i havent been able to find it since! Walmart doesnt supply the bag anymore and I couldnt find it on ebay. I've looked all over for it and I havent seen so much as a picture! Where could this bag be?
