Non-Residential marriage question in maryland?

Hi, we currently reside in Indiana and are planning to drive to Maryland with family to get married in Washington County, Maryland and was wondering what exactly will we need to bring and if we are able to do this. I read that we are allowed to but I'm not sure about the waiting period, if we will get the license immediately and what other provisions apply. Thanks!
