What portions of DREAM ACT do you agree with and how would you replace portions you do not like?

There are few provisions in DREAM ACT that I know are acceptable,(ie, one person responding to me saying so but also said there are many portions that are not acceptable.) How would you replace portions that you do not like with. If DREAM ACT is going to pass, there need to be a compromise which means that it needs to be reworded again with stuff taken taken and and replaced with.
