Should landlords be able to prohibit their tenants from having legal guns in their rentals?

Yes they should. If I BOUGHT a property I should be allowed to say you can't have guns on it. If you don't like that then go buy your own home instead of paying to live in mine. Should I not buy a house and rent it out as a source of income just because I can't be sure you don't own and will never own a gun? Do you think a thief is any more likely to go to an apartment complex or a private house that is rented out? I know I don't. They are going to go to a place that they expect there to be money, as they want something they can unload quick and easy. Too many people in a complex, and they don't know who owns the houses they are breaking in to as far as if it is rented.
