How do you say "what's the problem" in spanish?

I mean in a threatening way. I prefer Mexican-Spanish dialogue for this question, unless you have universal answer. I know �C�al es problema? but I'm looking for a more threatening answer. Like if somebody's messing with you in Spanish or saying something, thinking you can't understand it. Would �Qu� pasa? work? Thanks.
