30% of companies does not mean 30% of employees. Companies are not all the same size and the small ones that can not negotiate with insurance companies for lower group rates that are most likely to drop insurance coverage because they will be able to get better rates on the exchange.

Creo que estoy delirando. Pero no lo creo. Siempre que salgo de casa al trabajo o a cualquier parte la gente se burla de mi, comienzan a hablar cosas feas de mi yo los escucho y se r�en se burlan. Yo nunca me he metido con nadie ni le he hecho mal a nadie. Tengo mucho miedo que se metan con mi familia quienes nunca han tenido problemas con nadie. Pero creo que el foco de este problema son unas vecinas. Una que le monto cuernos al marido, Y desde esa ves la tiene agarrada con nosotros o con migo se pasa diciendo que a nosotros no nos gustan los vecinos y que nosotros le hachamos vaina a la gente y eso es mentira, yo no la trato porque es una burlona y asquerosa y lo peor del caso es que se la da de inocentona delante de todo el mundo. La otra vecina tiene tres hijas y cada una les ha montado cuerno a sus maridos y tienen un hijo de cada hombre. Estas vecinas chismean cosas malas de nosotros que no son ciertas creo que asta nos hacen brujer�a porque siempre en frente de la casa por la ma�ana la pared est� llena de orine todos los d�as, creo que lo hacen para que la gente no hable mal de ellas si no de mi. Soy el puerquito del pueblo creo que me volver� loco. Necesito consejos ay�denme.

....Cuando entre el restaurante era muy atractivo. Tenia.........y una variedad de verduras........Todos los alimentos tenian buen sabor. La sopa de camaron estaba deliciosa y el filete, lo recomiendo. El problema era que algunos de los alimentos estaban demasiado picantes para mi. .....que les sugiero ......El restaurante es muy bonito. Tiene velas....Todo lo que ordene fue servido perfectamente a tiempo. .....Le deje una propina al camarero. Los precios eran un poco altos......y volvere pronto. Es un restaurante que le recomendaria a mis amigos y familia.

He afinado bien mi guitarra electrica o esta mal?

lo que pasa es que tengo mi nueva guitarra electrica apenas tengo 2 dias con ella y tengo una super duda, la afine tengo un afinador ese de pilas yamaha cuando toco la cancion de THE METAL de TENACIUS D me parece k es el gurpo se olle bien pero al tocar DREAM ON de AEROSMITH se olle ps mal no se olle igual pero yo la he afinado bien ya ven k si esta prendido rojo del lado derecho tines k subir el tono y si esta del lado izquierdo bajarlo ya que este en verde ya esta afinada la cuerda, y yo cuando la afino es tocar la cuerda al aire y ya ago eso de subir o bajar tono hasta k el foco este en verde no se si la este afinando mal por k, k yo sepa asi se afina o hay otra forma o tengo que ecualizar mi amplificador para k se oiga bien, a otra cosa al tocar el solo de ONE de METALLICA se olle bien el problema es en las cuerdas 1, 2 y 3 las demas ps si se ollen bien y al tocar SWEET CHILD O MINE ps si se olle medio bien pero para mi punto de vista suena algo masl asi k diganme k ago un consejo, al tocar el intro de PAINT IT BLACK tmb se olle bien la toco en la primera cuerda y se olle bien tmb al tocar CALIFORNICATION se olle algo mal ayudaaaaa

What was the name of the tv show starring a black boy years ago? read description!?

I am not talking about a animated/cartoon show. This boy was about 8 years old I think. He was bald. I think he lived in New York. ITS NOT EVERYBODY HATES CHRIS BTW. He wore a long sleeve shirt that was white with red sleeves...at least in one episode. He was nice.(: Ugly white kid shoes. I think he wore either jeans or kackies. He would walk in the streets sometimes. I don't remember what the shows about other than that it wasn't about his family....but he did have a family. He would cook every now and then and had a babysitter.I guess it wasn't a good babysitter. He also had a younger sister. He rode a regular bus one time..not to school. just... I don't know where. He wouldn't talk to people, he would talk to the camera...so it was in 1st person. I actually think it's a cartoon now...but not a real cartoon. Like a south park thing. He was black...but not like dark chocolate Hershey's bar....or the kind with almonds... he was milk chocolate. So not really dark...but not caramel...SO I guess like a regular black guy. He lived in a building with stairs that would um like picture the everybody hates chris stairs...you know the ones outside..but in a cartoonish way. BRAINBLAST! His show was like a cooking show...he would always cook stuff...and I think he would eat macaroni&cheese a lot. I don't remember any of his friends. His house was only one story. I don't remember a computer. There was def a babysitter though. I believe she was black. He went to school every now and then. He had a green backpack i think. No glasses. I think it was on the same channel as "Franklin" and "The Brown Bear and the Big Blue House" I think. But definitely "Franklin." No unibrow. Brown eyes. Little ears. Not pierced. Medium sized head. Normal lips. He was short. I feel like it was always summer time. I don't remember him ever taking a shower but w/e. I now don't think he goes to school...BRAINBLAST #2. He has eaten a cookie in one of his episodes. Please help...It has been bothering me since dawn last night. I did an all nighter trying to figure it out. I am not crazy...believe it or not.
